This past Saturday Lina and I taught a workshop at Pulse Studio, it was a blast.

Stay tuned for the next one in March where we will focus on Rhythm and do an easy Choreography. (if you’re curious message me and I can send info.)

You can’t have too much Rhythm, and many don’t have enough.
